Guidelines to join Synet Family

Your primary focus should be to keep the clients and partners happy by completing the projects on time with the best quality.

• Age
  • The minimum age for applying to join the Synet family is 20 years.
• Hours of Work
  • The normal hours of work will be from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. from Monday to Friday, both days inclusive, with a lunch break.
  • Working on Saturday will be at the discretion of the management. We reserve the right to change these hours and/or days within the rules and regulations stipulated by the Law prevailing at the time to suit the exigencies of the business.
• Training
  • The employee may be subjected to a period of training in Sri Lanka or abroad if it is considered necessary by the Company. As Synet Technologies always tries to provide the best delivery experience to clients, training is considered a very important tool for getting the best out of employees and ensuring that each employee meets Synet's standards. Our extensive three-month training program ensures that a product with close to 100% quality is delivered on any given project.

• Provident Fund and Trust Fund
  • You shall contribute 8% of your salary to the Employees' Provident Fund and the Company will contribute 12% of your salary thereto. The Company will also contribute 3% of your salary to the Employees' Trust Fund.
• Weekly and Statutory holidays
  • Your weekly and statutory holidays shall be in accordance with the Shop and Office Employees Act. Your weekly holidays and other statutory holidays will be notified to you by the management depending on the exigencies of service.

• Work Incentives

  • Incentives are those extra perks which add spice to the work we do and we are happy to offer work incentives to each employee on the basis of quality and quantity of work based on the project requirements. Each project may have Best Performer / Best Performer Runner-up / Best QC Team, which helps to raise your status in the organization as well as your growth. Sometimes the prizes may exceed your total monthly salary.
